Leading from Your Whole Self Workshop at Unity Canada Conference

Anchored in the conference theme and Daily Word affirmation “I live the Truth I know,” participants examine how Truth is expressed through temperament, stress response, and leadership style. Ayurvedic concepts of prakruti (our original Divine design) and vikruti (patterns of imbalance) are woven with Unity’s teachings on personality and individuality, offering a compassionate and practical framework for returning to balance when leadership demands intensify.

Participants engage in guided centering, reflective self-inventory, small-group dialogue, and interactive role-play using real leadership scenarios, allowing spiritual insight to move from concept into lived experience. These experiential elements support leaders in recognizing habitual reactions and consciously choosing responses aligned with Wholeness, clarity, and inner authority.

This workshop was presented at the 2025 Unity Worldwide Ministries Convention, where over 240 attendees participated, reflecting strong resonance—particularly with the integration of Ayurveda as a practical tool for spiritual leadership.
