You Are Unique and Whole
You are a unique energetic expression that has taken human form. The Universe is energy. Every being and thing that you experience is part of that Universal energy. You are of it and connected to it, as a wave is of the ocean: uniquely identifiable, yet not apart.
When your lifestyle and environment allow the energy that you radiate to align with your signature energetic expression, you are in the flow. Divine Abundance appears in your life in many forms: money, relationships, health, etc. The movement from who you are now to who you came here to be is the essence of healing.
Ayurveda, an ancient medical system from India, is a tool that can help you align with your true nature and discover your purpose. The first step is to determine your dosha, or holistic constitutional type. Your dosha indicates general qualities of body, mind, and spirit. True health occurs when your whole being radiates these qualities.
The quiz below evaluates your expression of the doshas across twelve life dimensions. Your results will direct you whether to enter the Vata, Pitta, or Kapha program.
There is a second survey that rates your feeling of fulfillment across the same twelve life dimensions. Each module of the program corresponds to one of these life dimensions. Your results can help you to determine your priorities for the program. You may choose to work just one module, select a few, or complete the entire program, all at your own pace. Align Your Life with the Flow of Abundance
Once you've determined your holistic type and visualized the life dimensions in which you'd like to grow, we invite you to join our programs. Each dosha-specific program includes twelve modules that correspond to the life dimensions in the Whole Self-Awareness Wheel. You may enroll for the entire program and complete the modules in order of your priorities, or each module is available a la carte. However you elect to join us, we are delighted that you are here. Enrollment enters you into our private group, with members-only meetings, Q & A sessions with Rev Pam and Dr Orestes, prayer calls, and more!

If you tested as dual or tridoshic, we recommend selecting the program for the dosha that currently expresses aggravation. For assistance with determining that direction, send an email. We typically respond within three days.
